Benefits of mango

Mango is a tropical fruit with a high content of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which provides multiple health benefits. It stands out for its richness in vitamin C, vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene) and dietary fiber, elements that contribute to strengthen the immune system, improve eye health and facilitate intestinal transit.

In addition, mango contains polyphenols and carotenoids with antioxidant properties, which help neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, which can prevent cellular aging and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

This mango gazpacho, by combining this fruit with fresh vegetables such as tomato, cucumber and bell bell pepper, results in a balanced and nutritious recipe that provides hydration, vitamins and essential minerals. Its low caloric content and light texture make it an ideal choice for healthy and refreshing diets, especially in hot weather.
