Benefits of mangoes

Mango is a tropical fruit with a high vitamin, mineral and antioxidant content, which provides multiple health benefits. It stands out for its richness in vitamin C, vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene) and dietary fibre, elements that contribute to strengthening the immune system, improving eye health and facilitating intestinal transit.

In addition, mangoes contain polyphenols and carotenoids with antioxidant properties, which help neutralise free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, which can prevent cellular ageing and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

This mango gazpacho, by combining this fruit with fresh vegetables such as tomato, cucumber and pepper, results in a balanced and nutritious recipe that provides hydration, essential vitamins and minerals. Its low calorie content and light texture make it an ideal choice for healthy and refreshing diets, especially in hot weather.
