  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup lime juice (squeezed with an automatic machine)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Method

Cut the fish into cubes, chop the onion, bell pepper, and cilantro, dice the tomatoes, and slice the avocado.

Step 2: Lime Squeezing
