Damaged basket

During refill of the basket, the orange box shall not be rested on the edge of the basket.

Important: always tighten the nuts

Do not operate the machine without nuts. Before switching on the machine, make sure that the nuts are placed on the cup shafts and securely tightened. Operating the machine without nuts may result in damage to the machine and parts.

Take missing or broken part from the spare parts kit. Do not call a technician unless you have checked the spare parts kit.After taking the spare part from the kit, that spare part has to be replaced. Please order it from the supplier using the spare parts list linked below.

In case that the screen displays an error and the front cover is blinking: Verify that the magnet is attached properly to the cover. If the magnet of the cover is lost, proceed to replace it.

In case that the screen displays an error and the basket is blinking: Verify that the basket is placed properly with the arrow facing to the front.

In case that the screen displays an error and two tools are blinking: Dismantle side and front covers. Take the Allen key underneath the machine. Remove the plastic cover (right side of the machine) and introduce the Allen key on the unlocking hole on the right side. Turn counter clockwise until the machine has been unlocked and assemble again.
